Price for the 15 days trip. Price is all inclusive as you'll see below. We are providing two prices, however it is strongly recommended that the air-inclusive package is chosen due to logistics. In extreme situations, economia or grace is being shown, for example: you're in California and would like to fly from your closest international airport to London and back from Munich or you are thousands of miles away from Newark without the ability to get to Newark efficiently on the day we need to depart. For those of you in the UK or Continental Europe, please reach out to Deacon Fr. Yakov if you need help or have questions on how to get to London Heathrow.
Cautionary information on choosing your own flights. Flight schedules change, are canceled, and aren't always consistent. We land in London on the Apodosis of Pascha at 9:20am Wednesday, May 20th via United Airlines UA940. If you book your own flights, you will need to ensure you're there before us or within minutes of us landing. Why? Logistics. The group has a program to follow and cannot wait around. If you're not there with us it will be your responsibility to meet up with us either at the hotel or wherever we are via taxi/uber/lyft, this is at your own expense. Please also consider baggage claim, landing in different terminals, and other unforeseen temptations that may arise.
The entire air-inclusive (out of Newark, NJ) package is $4,554.00 and the land only (you coordinate your own flights) is $3,450.00. Price is per person sharing Double/Twin room, add-ons for single occupancy will be announced at a later date.
Land package include:
* 14 nights at 3-star - 4-star hotels in the UK, France, Belgium, and Germany.
* All food/meals.
* Comfortable 63 seater coach with AC at our disposal for the entire trip.
* Tips to the driver of the coach.
* All local taxes.
* Three vespers/vigil and Divine Liturgies at GOC parishes in Europe, including for Holy Ascension, Sunday of the Fathers, and for Pentecost.
For now, before Feb 13, 2026 we need to receive the $1,600 deposit per person from those who haven't paid.
In Christ,
Deacon Fr. Yakov Tseitin

The Patriarchal Encyclical of 1920 foresaw a series of steps toward the “union of the Churches,” of which the first was the change of the calendar for the simultaneous celebration of feast days by all the “Churches.” The content of the encyclical was kept secret from the faithful and only after a few years became known.
